Returns and replacements
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a packaging defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Items we cannot accept
For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used spice packs unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 7 working days.
